On March 25, 2025, the Panamanian Association of Female Directors (ADP) held the ADP 2025 Awards ceremony, recognizing companies with the highest gender equity on their Boards of Directors in Panama.
The ADP’s purpose is to promote the inclusion of women on the boards of directors of companies and organizations, both private and public, in the country. It seeks to encourage diversity of thought, considering 50% of the population.
Icaza Trust Corporation was nominated in the “Trust Sector” category, being recognized as one of the companies in Panama with the highest percentage of women on its Board of Directors, an award it won in 2023.
